What is your return policy?
We accept returns on Cutisela chairs within 60 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original box and packaging with all parts and materials included.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, Cutisela covers the return shipping cost. If you're returning the item for any other reason (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.), return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
How long do I have to request a return?
You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Will I get a full refund?
Yes, once your return is received and inspected in its original packaging, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Warranty
What warranty comes with my chair?
Every Cutisela chair includes a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the chair's mechanism and construction. It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or cosmetic issues unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
